But to find them, the DOJ demanded that DreamHost, a web-hosting provider and domain-name registrar, give data that could identify the million-plus people who\u2019d used the political-organizing website disruptj20.org.<\/p>\n<p>The DOJ argued in a motion to the court that \u201cthe website disruptj20.org was used to organize a riot that took place in the District of Columbia on the morning of January 20, 2017\u2026. The Warrant is focused on evidence of the planning, coordination and participation in a criminal act\u2014that is, a premeditated riot.
