Appx. 88 (9th Cir. 2009)* (unpublished).<\/p>\n<p>Officer had reasonable suspicion to detain the defendant for 20-25 minutes to get a drug dog to the scene. The dog&#8217;s alert gave PC. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca11.uscourts.gov\/unpub\/ops\/200810860.pdf\">United States v. Johnson<\/a>, 307 Fed. Appx. 372 (11th Cir. 2009)* (unpublished).<\/p>\n<p>Officer watched two men separately enter a convenience store while talking on a cellphone. They stayed a brief time, and came out without buying anything. One defendant came back to the parking lot two minutes later. In the officer&#8217;s experience, this indicated a drug deal was going down, and this was reasonable suspicion. <a href=\"http:\/\/pacer.ca4.uscourts.gov\/opinion.pdf\/084310.U.pdf\">United States v.
