This is about United States v. Davis, 2008 U.S. App. LEXIS 25757 (6th Cir. December 19, 2008), posted <a href=\"http:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/blog\/index.php?blog=1&amp;title=ca6_hanging_air_freshener_statute_in_mic&amp;more=1&amp;c=1&amp;tb=1&amp;pb=1\">here<\/a>, holding that the Michigan statute on things hanging from a vehicle mirror was unconstitutional, but the search there was valid under <a href=\"http:\/\/caselaw.lp.findlaw.com\/scripts\/getcase.pl?court=us&amp;vol=443&amp;invol=31 \">DeFillippo<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/caselaw.lp.findlaw.com\/scripts\/getcase.pl?court=us&amp;vol=480&amp;invol=340\">Krull<\/a>.
