The state\u2019s alternative basis of defendant\u2019s alleged \u201cjumpiness\u201d was never presented to the trial court. There are no findings on that, it is waived, and the motion to suppress should have been granted. \u201cLewis has correctly pointed out that the evidence presented at the suppression hearing did not support the trial court&#8217;s ruling that reasonable suspicion existed based on the confidential informant&#8217;s tip.\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kscourts.org\/Cases-and-Opinions\/opinions\/CtApp\/2017\/20170616\/115285.pdf\">State v. Lewis<\/a>, 2017 Kan. App. LEXIS 47 (June 16, 2017).*<\/p>\n<p>The stop was with reasonable suspicion for two lane changes without signaling. Defendant seemed under the influence. Defense counsel wasn\u2019t ineffective for not moving to suppress because it would have been denied. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/8\/2017\/2017-Ohio-4442.pdf\">City of Cleveland v.
