They did not find the bank card, but they took 150  photographs of plenty of things and some serial numbers. Some of those photos were used at trial. Because the object of the search was the bank card, a fairly intense search was permitted. The police department\u2019s policy was to video record searches. The use of photographs at the trial was not unreasonable nor did it exceed the scope of search. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.floridasupremecourt.org\/decisions\/2017\/sc15-1794.pdf\">Davis v.
