Thus, sufficient evidence supported the trial court&#8217;s conclusion that, by driving to and approaching defendant&#8217;s residence, the officers did not conduct a \u2018search\u2019 within the meaning of Article I, section 9.\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.publications.ojd.state.or.us\/docs\/A155559.pdf\">State v.
