PRETTY MUCH everyone can agree that Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents should be able to freely search travelers\u2019 bags at the border. Their job is to stop everything from illegal weapons to illicit drugs to invasive species from entering the country. But searching through every last email on your cellphone?
