There was probable cause for the search warrant for defendant\u2019s email, giving the magistrate\u2019s finding the due deference it\u2019s entitled to. United States v. Haynie, 2017 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 44498 (D. Neb. Jan. 6, 2017), adopted, 2017 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 44495 (D. Neb. Mar. 27, 2017) (see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexis.com\/research\/retrieve?_m=01540cd14ad843741e064a3d9af925c0&#038;csvc=toc2doc&#038;cform=&#038;_fmtstr=FULL&#038;docnum=1&#038;_startdoc=1&#038;wchp=dGLzVzt-zSkAz&#038;_md5=928ff97b4a83cdc74615c11c2bb25bc0\">Treatise \u00a7 33.10<\/a>). They are almost universally recorded at the provider&#8217;s central computer, and the police and prosecutors can access the calls online.<\/p>\n<p>Out of district email search warrant was permissible under SCA and Rule 41.
