That did not undercut the showing of probable cause. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.la3circuit.org\/opinions\/2008\/11\/110508\/08-149opi.pdf\">State v. Bayonne<\/a>, 996 So. 2d 1253 (La. App. 3d Cir. November 5, 2008).*<\/p>\n<p>Probable cause was shown for defendant&#8217;s blood test based on a showing he was likely under the influence. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.state.in.us\/judiciary\/opinions\/pdf\/11050801nhv.pdf\">Combs v.
