Anson<\/a>, 304 Fed. Appx. 1 (2d Cir. 2008)* (unpublished), cert. den. 2009 U.S. LEXIS 2397 (U.S. Mar. 30, 2009).<\/p>\n<p>Officer had reasonable suspicion for stopping defendant&#8217;s vehicle, and the use of a drug dog during the stop was not reasonable. United States v. Langlois, 2008 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 88611 (N.D. N.Y.  November 3, 2008).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant was taken from his car and handcuffed, but the officer told him that when the officer checked out the situation, he would be permitted to go. This was governed by Terry and was not a full arrest. United States v. Ledford, 2008 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 88550 (S.D. Ind.
