The reasonable suspicion was that he was meeting his brother in Iowa but couldn\u2019t answer where. He just put \u201cIowa\u201d into his GPS even though they were driving 1,000 miles and didn\u2019t know the city. That was more than a hunch that criminal activity was afoot. United States v. Fernandez, 2017 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 19184 (D.Neb.
