Callahan<\/em>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourtus.gov\/docket\/07-751.htm\">07-751<\/a>. SCOTUS Blog entry <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scotuswiki.com\/index.php?title=Pearson_v._Callahan\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The issue:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Whether, for qualified immunity purposes, police officers may enter a home without a warrant on the theory that the owner consented to the entry by previously permitting an undercover informant into the home. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In addition to the questions presented, the Court directed the parties to brief and argue the following question: \u201cWhether the Court\u2019s decision in <em>Saucier v.
