The contents of the citation are relevant, but not even determinative under the totality of circumstances. <a href=\"http:\/\/mdcourts.gov\/opinions\/cosa\/2008\/614s07.pdf\">Smith v. State<\/a>, 182 Md. App. 444, 957 A.2d 1139 (2008).*<\/p>\n<p>Officers had probable cause for defendant&#8217;s arrest based on his description and the fact witnesses saw his car at the scene of the crime and then it was seen at his house. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mssc.state.ms.us\/Images\/Opinions\/CO51396.pdf\">Jordan v. State<\/a>, 995 So. 2d 94 (Miss. 2008).*<\/p>\n<p>There was probable cause and the good faith exception should not be applied. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sconet.state.oh.us\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/12\/2008\/2008-ohio-5210.pdf\">State v. Cobb<\/a>, 2008 Ohio 5210, 2008 Ohio App. LEXIS 4389 (12th Dist. October 6, 2008).*  Of more significance is this radical comment: &#8220;[*P23] However, the exclusionary rule need not be employed when police properly execute a legal warrant issued by a detached magistrate which is supported by probable cause. <em>State v. George <\/em>(1989), 45 Ohio St.3d 325.&#8221; So, the exclusionary rule will not be applied if there is probable cause?  I&#8217;m dumbfounded.
