Arizola<\/a>, 295 Neb. 477, 2017 Neb. LEXIS 1 (Jan. 6, 2017).<\/p>\n<p>Plaintiff\u2019s claim that his prison cell was searched and material to defend his case was seized to hamper defense of his criminal case is dismissed citing Ker v. California, which is irrelevant. He also made a First Amendment retaliation claim. [In the interest of protecting the Third Circuit\u2019s reputation on the Fourth Amendment claim, I\u2019m going to pretend this case was never decided.
