The police received an anonymous call that defendant\u2019s son had a gun and threatened suicide. At the house, nothing was amiss, and defendant finally turned away from them with the warrant comment. The officer reached in and grabbed defendant and a minor struggle ensued to arrest him. The entry was not justified by any exigent circumstances.
