Here, the USMJ sought ISP information out of state, and that was permitted by 18 U.S.C. \u00a7 2703(a). <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca7.uscourts.gov\/tmp\/GP1FG2VW.pdf\">United States v. Berkos<\/a>, 543 F.3d 392 (7th Cir. 2008).*<\/p>\n<p>Officers had a warrant for arrest for defendant&#8217;s boyfriend for failure to report for deportation, and they went to their house and had evidence of her harboring him. After several attempts to locate him at home, they encountered her on a car ferry with an empty front passenger seat, and two non-English speaking passengers who were obviously nervous. The officers had probable cause to search the car to look for him. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca3.uscourts.gov\/opinarch\/073544p.pdf\">United States v.
