Today, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, joined by CDT and the Brennan Center for Justice, filed briefs asking the Court to consider this question in United States v. Carpenter and Graham v. United States. The briefs argue that the Fourth Amendment protects CSLI, which can generate a \u201ccomprehensive record of a person\u2019s public movements\u201d and reveal sensitive information such as political, religious, and sexual associations.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It will take the issue soon.
