Mendoza v. Whitehouse, 2008 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 63988 (N.D. Cal. August 21, 2008).*<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, reliance on the erroneous determination of an assistant state&#8217;s attorney that there was probable cause for arrest entitled the arresting officer to qualified immunity. Poulakis v. Rogers, 2008 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 63732 (M.D. Fla. August 20, 2008).*<\/p>\n<p>Tasering man who was a danger to no one other than himself was unreasonable. Oliver v. City of Orlando, 2008 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 63923 (M.D. Fla. August 20, 2008):<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Oliver had committed no crime and was considered a danger only to himself. Fiorino&#8217;s taser was employed numerous times without warning and with no intervening attempt to use conventional means of physical restraint.
