NBC reporter Alexandra Jaffe posted an image that transcribed what he actually said: &#8230;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>And, as reported here many months ago, the City lost its stop and frisk case and did not appeal to the Second Circuit. Let&#8217;s give him the benefit of the doubt that he has no idea about the Fourth Amendment and the prior NYPD stop and frisk litigation.
