Even if he said \u201c\u2018do whatever you want,\u2019 this Court finds that Schulterbrandt did not freely and voluntarily give his consent\u201d to the armed force that just arrested him. There were also no exigent circumstances for the entry. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.visuperiorcourt.org\/opinions\/pdfs\/ST-16-CR-f34.pdf\">People v. Schulterbrandt<\/a>, 2016 V.I. LEXIS 121 (Aug. 22,  2016).<\/p>\n<p>The search warrant described the car to be searched by year and make and VIN. The fact it didn\u2019t include the model number is hardly important. United States v. Cobb, 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 188861 (E.D.Ky. Feb. 5, 2014).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s guilty plea waived his suppression motion. State v. Derrick, 2016 Del. Super.
