The officer also clicked on a photo marked \u201cmy man,\u201d but defendant doesn\u2019t seek to suppress that, and it apparently wasn\u2019t used at trial. <a href=\"http:\/\/opinions.kycourts.net\/sc\/2014-SC-000419-DG.pdf\">Commonwealth v. Jennings<\/a>, 2016 Ky. LEXIS 247 (June 16, 2016).<\/p>\n<p>Officers had reasonable suspicion that defendant was a pimp based on the FBI\u2019s prostitution investigation and arranging a \u201cdate\u201d with the prostitute. Defendant showed up at the hotel room that was under surveillance just before the date and would apparently be there for it. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca4.uscourts.gov\/Opinions\/Unpublished\/154464.U.pdf\">United States v.
