There was no chance the officers searched the wrong building. <a href=\"http:\/\/apps.kycourts.net\/supreme\/sc_opinions.shtm\">Fentress v. Commonwealth<\/a>, 279 S.W.3d 168 (Ky. App. 2008).*<\/p>\n<p>Police came to defendant&#8217;s shop to talk to him about a domestic disturbance, and they saw tin foil boats for smoking meth in plain view, so the seizure was valid. <a href=\"http:\/\/courts.arkansas.gov\/opinions\/2008a\/20080626\/cr07-1160.pdf\">Koster v. State<\/a>, 374 Ark. 74, 286 S.W.3d 152 (2008).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant was stopped for having no lights on his trailer, and the officer decided to put him in the patrol car. The officer asked if he minded being patted down for weapons and he answered &#8220;Yeah.&#8221; That was a refusal of consent, and the trial court&#8217;s finding was not clearly erroneous. State v.
