The stop was consensual, but officers did have reasonable suspicion defendant\u2019s vehicle had been involved in an armed robbery. The BOLO in this case had not gone stale after eight days after the first robbery. There had been two earlier ones. Defendant ultimately consented to a search of the vehicle to retrieve a gun.
