Dubose<\/a>, 2016 Del. Super. LEXIS 143 (April 18, 2016).*<\/p>\n<p>The trial court erred by granting defendant&#8217;s motion to suppress contraband recovered from the search, where the officers had collective knowledge of defendant&#8217;s multiple furtive movements, the vehicle was of interest in an investigation, the driver had prior assault and drug offenses, and defendant had prior involvement in weapons and drug related offenses. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/2\/2016\/2016-Ohio-2659.pdf\">State v.
