When the officer got up to the vehicle, the license plate was obscured and that also justified a stop. When stopped, the driver was reaching under the seat. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sconet.state.oh.us\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/5\/2008\/2008-ohio-2863.pdf\">State v. Wilson<\/a>, 2008 Ohio 2863, 2008 Ohio App. LEXIS 2397 (5th Dist. June 6, 2008).<\/p>\n<p>Officers had reasonable suspicion for a patdown of appellant when he was found in a house around the corner from where shots were fired and the gun was found. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca11.uscourts.gov\/unpub\/ops\/200714111.pdf\">United States v. Bunkley<\/a>, 2008 U.S. App. LEXIS 12636 (11th Cir. June 13, 2008) (unpublished).*<\/p>\n<p>Observing a controlled buy made reliance on the CI far less necessary in the affidavit for the search warrant. State v. Cummings, 983 So. 2d 246 (La. App. 3d Cir. 2008).*<\/p>\n<p>The anonymous tip the officer received[, and therefore subject to particular skepticism], was substantially corroborated by the officer&#8217;s observations when he saw defendant. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aopc.org\/OpPosting\/Superior\/out\/s24006_08.pdf\">Commonwealth v.
