Alternatively, there was reasonable suspicion based on defendant&#8217;s criminal record with minors. United States v. Bunty, 617 F. Supp. 2d 539 (E.D. Pa. 2008).<\/p>\n<p>The defendant&#8217;s argument that his stop was unreasonably extended for spurious reasons to keep him on the side of the road until the drug drog arrived was rejected.  There was reasonable suspicion. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isc.idaho.gov\/opinions\/ramirez.pdf\">State v. Ramirez<\/a>, 145 Idaho 886, 187 P.3d 1261 (App. 2008).*<\/p>\n<p>Odor of ether coming from defendant&#8217;s person and car after a traffic accident justified its search. Also, officers saw a gun clip in plain view before the search. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.state.in.us\/judiciary\/opinions\/pdf\/06100809ehf.pdf\">Peters v. State<\/a>, 888 N.E.2d 274 (Ind.
