Logan<\/em><\/a>, 219 Fed.Appx. 533 (7th Cir. 2007).  United States v. Jones, 2008 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 45717 (N.D. Ind. June 10, 2008).<\/p>\n<p>The consenter to the apartment search had apparent authority, and it was a question of law for which a hearing was not required given the admitted facts. <a href=\"http:\/\/pacer.cadc.uscourts.gov\/common\/opinions\/200806\/05-3091-1121513.pdf\">United States v. Law<\/a>, 528 F.3d 888 (D.C. Cir. 2008).*<\/p>\n<p>ABC search of a bar for violation of state law permitted seizure of surveillance videotapes which could have shown violations of state liquor laws. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca6.uscourts.gov\/opinions.pdf\/08a0319n-06.pdf\">United States v.
