On <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.gov\/oral_arguments\/argument_calendars\/MonthlyArgumentCalFebruary2016.pdf\">Monday<\/a> is Utah v. Stieff noted <a href=\"http:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/?p=20650\">here<\/a> (Orin Kerr) and <a href=\"http:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/?p=19062\">here<\/a> (cert grant).<\/p>\n<p>Every time SCOTUS takes a case, it&#8217;s uncertain.
