Once inside, he had the authority to seize marijuana in plain view. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lexisone.com\/lx1\/caselaw\/freecaselaw?searchType=citation&amp;fclSearch=2008+Ga.+App.+LEXIS+465+&amp;action=FCLSearchCaseByCitation&amp;pageLimit=10&amp;format=CITE&amp;pageNumber=1&amp;sourceID=&amp;citation=2008+Ga.+App.+LEXIS+465+&amp;searchTerm=\">Wall v. State<\/a>, 291 Ga. App. 278, 661 S.E.2d 656 (2008).*<\/p>\n<p>Trial court erred in imposing any burden on the defendant to show that consent was not voluntary after expressing doubts about the credibility of the two officers involved in defendant&#8217;s stop on a bicycle and their request for consent. After the officers testified, the trial court assumed the burden shifted. It alway remains with the state to show voluntariness on the totality of circumstances. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.4dca.org\/opfrm.html\">Lewis v. State<\/a>, 979 So. 2d 1197 (Fla. App. 4 DCA 2008).*<\/p>\n<p>Trial court&#8217;s credibility finding that the defendant consented to production of a single pill when in the presence [confronted would be a better word] of multiple officers was supported by the evidence. They testified the defendant was free to leave, and it was not determinative that defendant was not expressly told he was. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.4dca.org\/opfrm.html\">Garcia v. State<\/a>, 979 So. 2d 1189 (Fla.
