They had duffle bags in bedrooms and one even had a key, which he offered out of his pocket to the arresting officer to lock the door. However, there was a hidden compartment in the house, and they had no standing as to it. United States v. Ontiveros, 547 F. Supp. 2d 323 (S.D. N.Y. 2008).*<\/p>\n<p>Plaintiff&#8217;s resistance to his arrest made the force used reasonable. Creveling v. Columbia County, 2008 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 33080 (M.D. Pa. April 22, 2008).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant consented to a search and produced marijuana and then resisted.
