Jerome<\/a>, 983 So. 2d 214 (4th Cir. 2008), released for publication June 19, 2008.*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant did not properly raise a suppression issue of physical evidence seized by consent from him in his homicide case, but it would have failed even if raised because the defendant&#8217;s statements were all voluntary, as was the seizure of evidence (inked shoe impressions, photographs of clothing, keno tickets from his wallet). <a href=\"http:\/\/www.malawyersweekly.com\/signup\/opinion.cfm?page=ma\/opin\/sup\/1008308.htm\">Commonwealth v.
