Smith<\/a>, 2015 Tenn. Crim. App. LEXIS 1007 (Dec. 15, 2015) (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tsc.state.tn.us\/sites\/default\/files\/a.d._smith_dissent.pdf\">dissent<\/a>).*<\/p>\n<p>The affidavit for the search warrant showed probable cause. United States v. McKinney, 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 168800 (N.D.Ohio Dec. 17, 2015).*<\/p>\n<p>Fact questions abound in whether the stop of plaintiff was justified thereby precluding summary judgment. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.state.ny.us\/reporter\/3dseries\/2015\/2015_25419.htm\">Thompson v.
