Nov. 20, 2015).<\/p>\n<p>A zoning official took photographs of plaintiff\u2019s backyard from a neighbor\u2019s yard. This was not an illegal trespass on plaintiff\u2019s property, aside from the fact it was not raised timely. Looney v. Zoning Bd. of Appeals, 2015 Conn. Super.
