Aug. 4, 2015).<\/p>\n<p>Defense counsel was not ineffective for not challenging a search warrant for defendant\u2019s mother\u2019s house that connected him to crimes [not mentioning standing] because there was evidence he kept drugs there, the warrant was for drugs, and weapons and a bulletproof vest were found in plain view during that search. United States v. Jackson, 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 141525 (W.D.Va.
