App. 2 DCA 2008).*<\/p>\n<p>Not calling certain witnesses at the suppression hearing would not have changed the outcome, so defense counsel could not be ineffective. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.mo.gov\/courts\/pubopinions.nsf\/ccd96539c3fb13ce8625661f004bc7da\/ae9a98882a6a717c862574080072f473?OpenDocument\">Simmons v.
