They found the door cracked open, and that was exigent circumstances for an entry. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/3\/2015\/2015-Ohio-3401.pdf\">State v. Foster<\/a>, 2015-Ohio-3401, 2015 Ohio App. LEXIS 3316 (3d Dist. August 24, 2015).<\/p>\n<p>The certified search question here is not dispositive of the case, so the appeal is dismissed. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tsc.state.tn.us\/sites\/default\/files\/sniderjohnopn.pdf\">State v. Snider<\/a>, 2015 Tenn. Crim. App. LEXIS 681 (August 25, 2015).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant was driving a rental car in somebody else\u2019s name, and he gave a false name.
