The fact the police did not leave a full copy of the search warrant at the house was not constitutional error. <a href=\"http:\/\/www2.ca3.uscourts.gov\/opinarch\/134761np.pdf\">United States v. Durante<\/a>, 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 9242 (3d Cir. June 3, 2015).<\/p>\n<p>The fact the officer cited the wrong statute number from memory was immaterial; the traffic offense was still there. The continued detention was justified by reasonable suspicion. <a href=\"http:\/\/pacer.ca6.uscourts.gov\/cgi-bin\/reports.pl?CASENUM=14-6245&#038;puid=$puid\">United States v. Zuniga<\/a>, 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 9346 (6th Cir. June 1, 2015).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant consented to his blood draw. The word \u201cofficer\u201d in the broad consent form was not limited to a police officer, and it included a phlebotomist working for the state police.
