Francis<\/a>, 2015 N.H. LEXIS 38 (May 12, 2015).<\/p>\n<p>Hand-to-hand drug sales from defendant\u2019s car were probable cause for an automobile search. Under state law there must be substantial compliance with parole search regulations, but here there wasn\u2019t. <a href=\"http:\/\/courts.delaware.gov\/opinions\/(1irv5o45bey1uzz5hlkcmvqo)\/download.aspx?ID=223360\">State v. Watson<\/a>, 2015 Del. Super. LEXIS 235 (May 8, 2015).<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[T]he good faith exception to the exclusionary rule does apply to wiretap applications and orders according to United States v.
