Lacey<\/a>, 2015 Iowa App. LEXIS 43 (January 28, 2015).<\/p>\n<p>The drugs and paraphernalia in defendant\u2019s car were in plain view when the officer walked up to the car in a high crime area and looked in. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fifthcircuit.org\/dmzdocs\/OI\/PO\/2015\/7EEFD606-C1F7-49F5-A0FF-0825655A6D53.pdf\">State v. When the officer got to the car he could smell burnt marijuana and saw a joint in the car.
