LEXIS 4539 (December 2, 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>The district court credited both the defendant and the officer about whether defendant was wearing a seatbelt, and that was then at least an objective mistake of fact for the officer, so the stop was reasonable. The officer\u2019s activating the key fob as a search wasn\u2019t raised below, so, absent some controlling precedent, it can\u2019t be clear error. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cadc.uscourts.gov\/internet\/opinions.nsf\/EF7DDC86295632B185257DA200548D56\/$file\/13-3034-1524894.pdf\">United States v.
