In this case, appellant was in the shower when the consent was sought from the co-tenant. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.2ndcoa.courts.state.tx.us\/opinions\/HTMLOpinion.asp?OpinionID=18921\">Beall v. State<\/a>, 237 S.W.3d 841 (Tex. App.\u2014Ft. Worth 2007).*<\/p>\n<p>Like a scene from &#8220;COPS,&#8221; a 911 call comes from an apartment, and the police arrive, and the female who called them points to marijuana in the apartment, and everybody is validly arrested and a further search warrant is validly obtained. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mssc.state.ms.us\/Images\/Opinions\/CO44252.pdf\">Juarez v. State<\/a>, 965 So. 2d 1061 (Miss. 2007).*<\/p>\n<p>Raising on appeal failure to move to suppress without a record on which to decide it precluded review. In any event, it would not have affected the outcome. State v. Hohvart, 2007 Ohio 5349, 2007 Ohio App. LEXIS  4714 (7th Dist. September 21, 2007).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant&#8217;s driving a vehicle with fictitious tags justified his stop, so defense counsel was not ineffective for not moving to suppress the arrest as based on an anonymous tip. State v.
