Unreasonable entry is a clearly established right, at least since 1995. Mendoza v. Whitehouse, 2007 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 73680 (N.D. Cal. September 24, 2007).*<\/p>\n<p>Officers could rely on farm building&#8217;s tenant as having common authority over a barn to permit a consent search. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca6.uscourts.gov\/opinions.pdf\/07a0688n-06.pdf\">Johnson v. Weaver<\/a>, 2007 U.S. App. LEXIS 22897, 2007 FED App. 0688N (6th Cir. September 24, 2007).*<\/p>\n<p>Arrest on warrant that officer heard about from another officer and then found it was recalled at booking was not an arrest without probable cause. In dicta, <em>Leon<\/em> applies to arrest warrants. Hanks v. County of Delaware, 2007 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 73845 (E.D. Pa. October 3, 2007).*<\/p>\n<p>Warrant for a child welfare entry was alleged to be issued by a false statement of the affiant, but there still was plenty of cause for issuance of it without the alleged false statement. The officer has qualified immunity. Southerland v. City of New York, 521 F. Supp. 2d 218 (E.D.
