October 22, 2014).<\/p>\n<p>911 call from a name eyewitness to shots fired did not need corroboration. \u201cIn general, eyewitness accounts of an ongoing emergency \u2018do not need corroboration, or a history of other accurate reports, to be believed.\u2019\u201d The ID, specific down to one wearing an \u201cElmer Fudd-type hat,\u201d was reasonable suspicion when they were seen.
