McKinley:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>An appeals court ruled on Thursday that a lawsuit filed by Facebook against the Manhattan district attorney\u2019s office can proceed, paving the way for oral arguments over whether prosecutors violated the constitutional rights of 381 users by obtaining search warrants for nearly everything in their files.<\/p>\n<p>Justice John W.
