State<\/a>, 113 So. 3d 158 (Fla. 2d DCA 2013) and other authorities, that means it was mere acquiescence and not voluntary. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.2dca.org\/opinions\/Opinion_Pages\/Opinion_Pages_2014\/August\/August%2022,%202014\/2D13-2656%20.pdf\">Lane v. State<\/a>, 2014 Fla.
