Even so, defendant consented to the officer\u2019s presence. United States v. John, 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 86369 (D. Ariz. June 24, 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>There was probable cause for defendant\u2019s stop and search incident to his arrest based on the detailed and corroborated information from the CI. His admissions led to a search warrant for his home. The trial court\u2019s finding of no probable cause is reversed. <a href=\"http:\/\/publicdocs.courts.mi.gov:81\/OPINIONS\/FINAL\/COA\/20140624_C312319_60_312319.OPN.PDF\">People v.
