Quartavious Davis<\/a> holding that the Fourth Amendment protects historical cell-site records.   The more I think about Davis, the more radical a reinterpretation of the Fourth Amendment it seems to be.   If we take its analysis seriously,  I\u2019m not sure I know what police investigations are still constitutional.
