So kudos to Denis C. Theriault at the Portland Mercury, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.portlandmercury.com\/portland\/arrested-at-age-nine\/Content?oid=12225659\">who broke the story<\/a> about the arrest of a 9-year-old that I posted about yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf The Drug Enforcement Administration makes a nationwide sweep of busts for synthetic drugs.<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.al.com\/breaking\/2014\/04\/city_of_huntsville_denies_wron.html\">In a lawsuit<\/a>, the family of an Alabama teen alleges that Huntsville police set him up for a drug buy, then held him down and shoved a sharp object into his throat, allegedly to find a package of drugs they thought he had swallowed. He died.
