State<\/a>, 2014 Tex. App. LEXIS 4874 (Tex.App.\u2013Amarillo May 6, 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>Where the inventory policy was shown to be overbroad [apparently a unique Oregon issue], an inventory under it is suppressed. The state\u2019s alternative arguments were not developed below, so they can\u2019t be addressed on appeal for the \u201cright ruling, wrong reason\u201d rule. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.publications.ojd.state.or.us\/docs\/A148450.pdf\">State v.
