Shelby County<\/a>, 551 Fed. Appx. 262 (6th Cir. 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s stop was not impermissibly long, so the motion to suppress would not have been granted. Therefore, defense counsel was not ineffective. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/8\/2014\/2014-ohio-1434.pdf\">State v. Morton<\/a>, 2014-Ohio-1434, 2014 Ohio App. LEXIS 1351 (8th Dist. April 3, 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>The officer\u2019s testimony that defendant was driving without headlights at 11:30 pm justified a stop. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.search.txcourts.gov\/SearchMedia.aspx?MediaVersionID=c5e38897-4257-427b-b7cc-9ee4b789435d&amp;MediaID=05839960-eb03-42b6-8b28-49242c1eb4c3&amp;coa=%22%20+%20this.CurrentWebState.CurrentCourt%20+%20@%22&amp;DT=Opinion\">State v. Gammill<\/a>, 2014 Tex. App. LEXIS 3541 (Tex. App. \u2013 Dallas April 1, 2014).*<\/p>\n<p>The officer approached defendant to find out if he knew anything about another car there, so defendant wasn\u2019t seized. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/8\/2014\/2014-ohio-1422.pdf\">State v.
